Investor Relations & Business Development Manager

Location: Geneva

Experience: 4–7 years (flexible)

Industry: Hedge Fund / Alternative Investments

Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, high-integrity Investor Relations & Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role that blends investor communication, relationship management, and capital raising. You’ll work closely with our investment team and with Harrington Cooper to support investor engagement and help scale our investor base in a thoughtful, partnership-led way.

This role is well suited to someone with early investor-facing experience looking to take on more strategic exposure and ownership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors, ensuring timely, clear, and high-quality communications

  • Support capital raising efforts across institutional, family office, and wealth management channels — through both direct outreach and collaboration with Harrington Cooper

  • Prepare and coordinate investor materials, including factsheets, reports, DDQs, pitchbooks, and regulatory documentation

  • Maintain and enhance the investor CRM, tracking outreach, meetings, and follow-ups

  • Collaborate with internal teams (investment, legal, ops) and external partners to deliver a seamless onboarding and servicing experience

  • Represent the firm at investor meetings and industry events

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives around branding, communications, and investor engagement

Who We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in investor relations, business development, or capital raising at a hedge fund, placement agent, fund-of-funds, or wealth management firm

  • Strong communication skills and professional maturity; able to engage credibly with sophisticated investors

  • Familiarity with hedge fund strategies — especially long/short equity; experience with UCITS is a strong plus

  • Commercial drive and intellectual curiosity — someone who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial team

  • Fluent in English; French or another European language is a plus Comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, CRMs, and virtual data rooms

  • Willingness to travel and represent the firm externally
