Vincent Ijaouane began his career at Goldman Sachs before joining Pictet Asset Management in 2011 to launch the Agora fund, a European equity market neutral hedge fund strategy that raised and managed over USD 2bn of assets in the past decade and received multiple awards. As a fund manager, he developed and demonstrated deep expertise in European equities, derivative strategies, and risk management. Vincent holds a Master's in Finance from HEC Paris and a Master's in Strategy from the University of St. Gallen.
Fabrice Peresse

Fabrice Peresse has extensive executive experience across hedge funds, banking, and regulated markets, having held senior roles at Capital Fund Management, Deutsche Bank, and NYSE Euronext. With nearly three decades in operational leadership, Fabrice has successfully driven strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across diverse asset classes. He thrives in international environments, leveraging his deep expertise in operations, technology, and organizational management.
Jue Huang
Head of Research
Jue Huang has over 12 years of experience as a fundamental equity investor, demonstrating a rigorous and process-driven approach on both the buy and sell sides. She co-founded Viewforth Investment Partners, significantly contributing to its growth and success as a concentrated European equity fund. Earlier, Jue spent over seven years at The Analyst Research, where she developed her skills as a high-conviction equity stock picker. She holds a BSc in Mathematics with Management & Finance from King's College London.
Léa Andersson
Head of Investor Relations
Léa Andersson has over 8 years of experience in business development, fundraising, and strategic partnerships across Europe and the Middle East. Before joining Vigama Capital, she led stakeholders engagement at the Solar Impulse Foundation (CH) and the Global Climate Finance Centre (UAE). Earlier, she helped scale Pangea Inc. from a Geneva start-up into a 100-person international growth platform. Léa holds a Master’s in Business Sustainability and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of Geneva, with exchanges at UC Berkeley and the National University of Singapore.
Paul Rouviere
Investment analyst
Paul Rouviere brings valuable equity research expertise, specializing in the European consumer sector. Before joining Vigama, he worked as an equity research associate covering European luxury goods and household & personal care at Bryan Garnier & Co. Previously, Paul gained experience in sell-side research at Exane BNP Paribas. Paul holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath and an MSc in Finance from IE Business School.
